Scott Kirk is a Director of GKD Tourism & Asset Management and is CEO of Gadd Group. Scott is a highly experienced executive with more than 20 years of senior leadership across tourism strategy, operations, tourism asset management and business development.
Throughout his career, Scott has built a strong reputation for driving sustainable business growth, optimising operations, and leading teams through periods of change and expansion. His experience spans strategic planning, operational delivery, infrastructure oversight, and stakeholder engagement, allowing him to manage businesses holistically from governance and commercial performance through to on-the-ground execution.

Brett Gadd
Brett Gadd is a Director of GKD Tourism and Asset Management and is the Founder and General Manager of Gadd Group, a specialist playscapes, landscaping, and environmental services company focused on creating sustainable outdoor environments for people and wildlife.
Brett has a strong background in ecological design, habitat creation, therapeutic and native landscapes. This experience directly informs Gadd Group's capability not only in designing and constructing purpose-built wildlife enclosures and habitat-driven environments, but also in the ongoing maintenance and lifecycle management of tourism and environmental assets. Brett brings a practical understanding of how landscapes and built infrastructure must perform over time — ensuring biodiversity outcomes, structural durability, operational efficiency, and environmentally responsible asset maintenance across sensitive tourism sites.

Alongside her marketing expertise, Nancy offers strong capability in administration, event coordination, and accounts payable, supporting efficient financial processes and smooth internal operations.
